Barry Glick is a well known plantsman and native plant advocate among other pursuits. His website is filled with information about both native and ornamental plants available by mail. While the website does not have a list of all available plants; some plants have an order form you can download and mail in with your check. For others, you can inquire by e-mail about whether they are available. If available, once you determine whether it will be shipped as a bulb, bare root or potted plant and when, you mail a check to complete the order. Fans say the process is well worth availability of hard to find native plants.
